Bought shoes, went to return them because they are horribly uncomfortable. Store won't take them back because I said I wore them & they're uncomfortable. How else would I know they are uncomfortable. Do they not have a clearance section for that purpose? It was the first & last time I'll shop at that store.

I bought a jacket 10 days ago but I wanted to exchange it 3 days after I bought it but they did not do it because there was no receipt. I've never worn this jacket, the tags are still on it. The woman at the reception was very rude. I do not understand and I decided not to buy anything from here again.!

They had some of the cutest things..lines were long, but expected since it was the day before school started.
